What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice of Application for a new Premises Licence or Notice1 is hereby given that an application has been made to the:

Licensing Team, Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6YL (01483 743831 or licensing@woking.gov.uk) being the relevant Licensing Authority for the grant of, or variation to, a premises licence/club premises certificate as detailed below.

Name of applicant: ECP Belsize Limited

Address of the premises to which the application will apply: Buteco Do Gordinho, 31 Walton Road, Woking GU21 5DL

Licensable activities applied for: Sale of Alcohol (on License) Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am until 22:30

Written representations in respect of the application must be received by the Licensing Authority (as detailed above) by 11/ 11/ 2024 being 28 days following the day the application was served on the relevant bodies2.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and carries a maximum fine of £5000. Full or further details of this application can be obtained from the Woking Borough Council Licensing Team as detailed above.

1 This notice must be on pale blue paper; of A4 size or larger; printed/ typed in black ink; of a font size 16 or larger (this document is of the correct font size if printed unaltered). It must be displayed on or at the premises to which it applies in a position where it can be conveniently read by the public from the exterior of the premises.

If the premises have an area of 50 metres squared or over, further rules apply - please check with the Licensing Team.

2 Ensure the correct date is entered as an error may require the closing date to be extended or the application to begin again.
