Licensing ACT 2003, Notice of the application for a premises licence/club


An application has been made by Bhadresh N Patel to the licensing Authority for Rhondda Cynon Taf for the grant of a premises licence for the Sports Bar at 9-10 Station Street, Porth, CF39 9NR.

The Application includes proposals to sell alcohol by retail, to provide regulated entertainment and to provide late night refreshment.

The application can be viewed at the office of the Licensing Authority, at Ty Elai, Dinas lsaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY.

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 18/11/2024.

All representation must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax)

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine of conviction is £5000.
