NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

LOVEIGHT Has applied for a variation of a PREMISES LICENCE for 271 HUNTS CROSS AVENUE, L25 9ND For the following licensable activities-Alcohol license from 17:00-22:00 changing to 09:00-23:59. Loveight will open as a coffee shop from early mornings for coffee, cakes, breakfast and into lunch options and bistro in the evenings for drinks and snack boards.

The variation licensing hours would be to cover future opportunities for daytime dining packages and private hire. Also applying for a pavement license

Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the 17/11/2024

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
