NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION I7 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Salt & Spices Superstore Ltd has applied for a premises licence to Buckingham­shire Council in relation to Salt & Spices Superstore Ltd, 47 High Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1SA to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consump­tion off the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00hrs to 20:00hrs. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at https://avdc.my.site.com/pr/s.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gate­way, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF or by email: licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk Such written representation must be received by 01/11/2024 clearly sating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
