NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Happy Piranha Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate in respect of Piranha Cafe Unit 2, 19 Pydar Street Truro TR12AY. The application is to: be able to serve alcoholic refreshment during our regular opening hours as a cafe from 10:00 - 17:30 and during the evening as a members club serving food - from 17:30 - 22:45.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Service, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 12th November 2024 A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000
