NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence Premises Certificate under the above mentioned legislation has been made by: Costa Limited to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises (formerly) known as: Costa Coffee Drive Thru. which are situated at: Birchin Way, Grimsby, DN31 2SG The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows: The Provision of Late-Night Refreshment: Between the Hours 23:00 - 05:00, on days; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
