NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Applicant: Mr Peter Wynn Elliott. Premises: Wasters, 1st Floor, 85 High Street West, Wallsend, Tyne & Wear, NE28 8JD. Notice is hereby given that Mr Peter Wynn Elliott has applied on the 15th October 2024 to North Tyneside Council for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The application sought is to permit plays, films, recorded music, live music, performance of dance and anything similar 09:00 to 00:00 (daily) and the sale of alcohol (on the premises only) 11:30 to 23:30 (daily). The opening hours of the premises will be every day 09:00 to 00:00. Conditions will apply.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, NE12 6UB. Representations must be received no later than 12th November 2024. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.northtyneside.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
