LICENSING ACT 2OO3, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that HOTEL CHOCOLAT RETAIL LIMITED Have applied for a Premises License at Hotel Chocolat, Unit 2 Intu Shopping Centre, Douglas Way, Eldon Square, Newcastle NE1 7XW applied to Newcastle City Council on 16th October 2024 for a Premises License for the above premises for the following licensable activities: -

The Sale of Alcohol both ON and OFF the Premises Monday to Sunday 08.00 hours until 23.00 hours

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety & Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH.

Representations must be received by 13th November 2024

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www. newcastle.gov.uk/services/licences-and-permits.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale is unlimited.
