Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that we IBIS Sports and Social Club have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as IBIS Sports and Social Club.

The proposed licensable activities are: Performance of live music indoors 23:00 to 01:00 hours, Sunday to Thursday & 23:00 to 02:00 hours, Friday and Saturday. Playing of recorded music indoors 23:00 to 01:00 hours, Sunday to Thursday & 23:00 to 02:00 hours, Friday and Saturday. Supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises 10:00 to 00:45 hours, Sunday to Thursday & 10:00 to 01:45 hours, Friday and Saturday.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 11 November 2024 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Westmorland & Furness Council office at the address given above between 10:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
