NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Birmingham City Council for a Premises Licence under the above Act on 10th October 2024 by Eden Walday: 342a, Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3QL.
It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail: 09:00 to 01:00, Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 05:00, Friday to Sunday. Regulated entertainment: 09:00 to 01:00, Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 05:00, Friday to Sunday.
Late night refreshments: 23:00 to 01:00, Monday to Thursday, 23:00 to 05:00, Friday to Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 7th November 2024.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
