What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that an application for a variation of a Club Premises Certificate under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Herne Bay Catholic Social Club to Canterbury City Council in respect of premises known as Herne Bay Catholic Social Club, 1 Clarence Road, Herne Bay, CT6 8UL in respect of Club Premises Certificate no: KE-CP-00502.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to vary are: to extend the hours of licensable activities, amend the licensed area to include the outside areas and add the supply of alcohol for the consumption off the premises.
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council, Military Road, Canterbury. CTl lYW, during normal office hours.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council at the above address by midnight 08/11/24.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5
(unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
