APPLICATION FOR A VATIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Advocate Properties Ltd to Hull City Council in respect of premises known as Atik, Dagger Lane, Hull, HU1 2LS in respect of Premises Licence no: KUHPL509

The licensable activities, which it is proposed to vary are: to extend the hours of licensable activities and remove and amend conditions.

A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Hull City Council, 33 Witham, Hull. HU9 1D8, during normal office hours.

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Hull City Council at the above address by midnight 08/11/24.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 {unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
