What is proposed?

Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that Subadaran Koneshwaran has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the variation of an existing Premises Licence at: Hatch Lane Off Licence, 50-52 Hatch Lane, Chingford, London E4 6LQ.

The nature of the application is as follows: Vary Lay out of premises to include number 52 Hatch Lane. Vary licensing hours for sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to 06:00 hours to 24:00 hours each day. Remove all current conditions restricting hours. The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 31st October 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
