Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a Premises License
Notice is hereby given that Chamomile Wine Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Camden on October 9th, 2024 for the grant of a premises license to use the premises at 45 England's Lane, NW3 4YD to vary the license to include the sale by retail of alcohol. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by November 9th, 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, Camden Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE or email to: licensingrepresentation@camden.gov.uk.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.camden.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at the following address, Camden Town Hall, 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises license and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
