What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Caffe Concerto Ltd has applied
to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence
in respect of Premises to be known as Caffe Concerto, Unit
28 Victoria Gate, Harewood Street, Leeds, LS2 7AR.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale
of alcohol (on & off) and regulated entertainment in the
form of recorded music (indoors) 08:30 – 00:00 Sunday to
Wednesday, 08:30 – 01:00 Thursday to Saturday; Late
Night Refreshment (indoors & outdoors) 23:00 – 00:00
Sunday to Wednesday, 23:00 - 01:00 Thursday to Saturday;
Opening hours 08:30 – 00:30 Sunday to Wednesday, 08:30
– 01:30 Thursday to Saturday. Non standard timing - from
the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of
permitted hours on New Year’s Day; An additional hour to
the terminal hour for opening hours on the morning British
Summertime commences. See application and plans

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by Entertainment
Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR
or via email to entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk no
later than 8 November 2024 stating the grounds for
representation.
The register of Leeds City Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or if available
on the council’s website - www.leeds.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
