APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

(Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has
applied to Northumberland County Council for the grant
of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, Unit 7
Willowburn Retail Park, Alnwick NE66 2DJ to allow off
sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00
7 days a week.
The Licensing Register containing a record of the
application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m.
to 4:30p.m Friday 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m at: Licensing
Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit,
Public Protection Service, West Hartford Business Park,
Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP.
Any representation by a Responsible Authority or any other
person must be made in writing to the address shown above
by 7 November 2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application punishable on
summary conviction by a maximum fine that is unlimited.
