What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Take notice that I Michael Jones Of 38 King Street, Ramsgate, Kent, CT11 8NT Have applied to Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street, Margate Kent for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as The Fermentorium under the above Act.

Due to current restrictions the applications are unable to be viewed in person please contact the Licensing Department at licensing@thanet.gov.uk should you require any further information.

The licensable activities will be the – Supply of Alcohol Mon-Sat 10:00am - 23:00pm Sun 11:00am - 22:00pm Opening Hours Mon-Sat 10:00am - 23:00pm Sun 11:00am - 22:00pm.

Any representation in respect of the application should be made in writing to the Licensing Department, Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent before 11/11/2024. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
