Application for a Premises Licence (under section 17)

Name and Postal address of Premises: Baileys DIY, 214 Penarth Road, Cardiff, CF11 8NN.
Statement of relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises together with the relevant times:

1. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises:
Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 19:00 hours, Sunday: 10:00 to 16:00 hours.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Cardiff County Council, Licensing Section, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff, CF10 4UW between 9.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@ cardiff.gov.uk by 8th November 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
