Premises: Coatsworth road Convenience store, 103 Coatsworth road, Gateshead NE8 1SQ.
Notice is given that Anosia Ganesalingam has applied to Gateshead Licencing Authority, to Vary a Premises Licence under the Licencing Act 2003.
The Variation requested is as follows: Supply of alcohol ( off the premises only) Monday to Sunday 08:00 - 22:00 hours. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licencing Act Section, Communties and Environment, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead, NE8 1HH.
Representation must be received no later 8th of November 2024.
The Application & Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www. gateshead.gov.uk. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licencing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
