Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a new Premises Licence by Simon Benjamin, Vito Mazzotta, Dorothy Topley in respect of 30 Bridge Street, Swindon, SN1 1BP

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:

• Sale by retail consumption of alcoholic beverages within the premises during opening hours. 11:00 and 23:00 on Monday to Sunday.
• Provision of live music. Between the hours of 20:00 and 22:30 on Tuesday and Saturday.
• Provision of recorded music. Between the hours of 11:00 and 23:00 on Monday to Sunday

The full application may be inspected at the Swindon Borough Council Civic Offices, Eucid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH. Between the hours of 09:00 and 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/business living or working within the vicinity) can make representations at any time between 12/10/2024 until 08/11/2024. All representations must be made in writing (including email or fax, to the Licensing Authority, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
