Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mind Blowing Chicken Limited in respect of Premises to be known as Dave’s Hot Chicken (previously known as Fratelli La Bufala), 40 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, W1D 7ER applied to Westminster City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is: 1. To vary the ground floor layout, to remove the first floor and to add the basement of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted by the applicant. 2. To remove condition 18 (the council will impose its occupancy figures). 3. To remove conditions 11, 22 and 27 due to the conditions no longer being relevant to the operation of the premises. 4. To add the Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises Mondays to Sundays 11:00 – 01:00. 5. To add the following condition, “The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises shall only be sold as ancillary to a substantial meal”. All other licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and conditions to remain as existing. Please see application for full details.
