NEW PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that Heartwood Events Ltd has applied in respect of Thoulstone Park, Chapmanslade, Westbury, BA13 4AQ for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Plays, films, live music, recorded music, anything of a similar description: Friday: 10:00-23:00 Saturday and Sunday: 09:00-23:00 Alcohol: Friday: 12:00-23:00 Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 - 23:00 for a maximum of 10 days per annum.

A copy of the application may be inspected by visiting www.wiltshire.gov.uk/licences-permits-new-premises-applications or by emailing publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk. Any representations by a Responsible Authority/ Interested Party or other persons must be received in writing by 25/10/2024, by email to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk or by writing to The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction with an unlimited fine.
