LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Wembley National Stadium Limited has applied on 3 October 2024 to Brent Council for a new (Episodic*) Premises Licence for Arena Square, Wembley HA9 0AA (the external area as shown on plan 'A' lodged with the application), to authorise: Regulated Entertainment (Film Exhibition & Live and Recorded Music) and the Sale of Alcohol on Mondays to Sundays: 10:00 to 21:00 (maximum) subject to bespoke licence conditions (draft lodged with the application).

*NOTE: The 'Premises' are currently licensed under Licence 223170983 (issued to Wembley Park Ltd). This new licence (if issued) will only operate in place of the current licensed authorisation for the Premises, and then only episodically (i.e. on certain days), to support Stadium Events. Daily authorisation is only sought to ensure flexibility of operation. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: Alcohol Licensing, Regulatory Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0FJ or by visiting the Authority's website: www.brent.gov.uk/business/licences/licensing-registers or by email: business.licence@brent.gov.uk on or before 31 October 2024 (i.e. within 28 days of this issued application). The notice should specify the grounds of opposition or support, with reference to the Licensing Objectives. Persons objecting to the grant of licences must be prepared to attend in person at a Licensing Authority hearing.

NOTE: Any objection will form part of the Committee Report and forwarded to the Applicant. Please let us know if you have a valid reason for your personal details to be removed. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
