NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Applicant: The Valley Restaurants Ltd. Premises: Cilantro, 15 Side, Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 3JE. Notice is hereby given that The Valley Restaurants Ltd has applied on the 4th October 2024 to Newcastle City Council for a New Premises Licence application under the Licensing Act 2003.
The application sought is to permit the sale of alcohol (both on and off – conditioned ) 10.00 to 01.00 daily, recorded music 10.00 to 01.30 daily and late night refreshment 23.00 to 01.30 daily. The opening hours of the premises will be every day 10.00 to 01.30. Conditions will apply.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Newcastle City Council, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH. Representations must be received no later than 1st November 2024. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
