NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF
A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE
LICENSING ACT 2003

We, Tesco Stores Limited, have today, the 4th
October 2024, applied to Rotherham Metropolitan
Borough Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of: Tesco Express, Vacant Land
off Stephenson Way, Olive Lane Development,
Waverly, Rotherham, S60 8WE.
The application seeks consent to allow the:
The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on
the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00.
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the
premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday,
06:00-00:00.
It is open to any person to make representations to
the application. Representations, which can be for
or against the application, should be delivered to
the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main
Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to
licensing@rotherham.gov.uk. The last date for the
receipt of representations is 01/11/2024. Any
person wishing to view the Licensing Register may
do so by visiting the Council’s website, www.
rotherham.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application
and on summary conviction would be liable to an
unlimited fine.
