What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING APPLICATION
LICENSING ACT 2003

An application has been made by Hertford Heath Limited to the Licensing Authority for Rutland for the issue of a Premises Licence for Dominos Pizza, 43 Melton Road, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6AY.

The application includes proposals to provide late refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays between 23:00 – 1:00am

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Catmose, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6HP.

Responsible Authorities or other persons can make representation at any time before the 31st of October 2024.

All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax) to rcclicensing@peterborough.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.

The maximum fine on conviction is £5000
