Notice of application on 19th September 2024 to the City of Westminster for the Variation of a Premises Licence by Inner London Home Delivery Ltd for Seventeen, 60 Porchester Road, London W2 6ET to 1) remove the provision of alcohol sales for consumption on the premises, 2) amend the premises trading name to Seventeen, 3) amend the licensable activity of Late-Night Refreshment Hours to 23:00 – 03:00 hours Sunday – Thursday and 23:00 – 05:00 hours Friday and Saturday, 4) remove conditions from the premises licence that relate to the Sale of Alcohol, 5) amend the opening hours of the premises to 17:00 – 03:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and 17:00– 05:00 hours Friday – Saturday 6, Update the internal plan attached to the premises licence. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 17th October 2024, stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
