NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE 

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by MR HARDEEP KULLAR to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as LIFESTYLE EXPRESS which are situated at 24A WOLVERHAMPTON ROAD, OLDBURY, B68 0LH The proposed application is as follows: Sale of Alcohol (off the premise only) and the times are 0.00 to 23.59 (24 Hours). 

A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk, by: 30/10/2024. 

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
