Notice Of Application For The Variation Of A Premises Licence
Casey Nicholls-Floyd gives notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on 26 September 2024 for the variation of a Premises Licence relating to: The Swan Hotel, Church Road, Kington, HR5 3AZ, in which the following changes to the premises licence are proposed: to extend the hours for Licensed Activities as follows: Live and Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Other Entertainment, Alcohol Sales: Monday – Sunday: 10:00 – 01:00hrs Late Night Refreshment: Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 01:00hrs and update the Premises Licence conditions in Annex 3.
The full application, giving details about the proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council and may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at: Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane, HR4 0LE between the hours of 09:30 – 13:30 (or by prior appointment) Monday to Friday or https://www. herefordshire.gov.uk/info/200145/business/58/current_licensing_applications An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above: 24 October 2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
