NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE

We Crust Norton Ltd, Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton on Tees Borough Council for the Grant of a premises licence at 4 Ridley Mews, trading as Crust Norton.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premise Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 23:00.

Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing no later than 29th October to:

The Licensing Service, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-onTees, TS17 6BJ.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Stockton-onTees Borough Council, Licensing Service, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ, between the hours of 9am and 4pm or on the website at www.stockton.gov.uk

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
