Notice is hereby given that Bristol Conspiracy Pub Co Limited has applied in respect of Junction, 6-8 Gaol Ferry Steps, Whapping Wharf, Bristol, BS1 6WE for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
This is an application for a new licence following the lapse of the previous licence on liquidation of the licence holder.
To permit the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) Monday to Sunday from 11:00 until 23:00.
For late night refreshment Monday to Sunday from 23:00 until 23:30.
The proposed opening hours of the premises to be Monday to Sunday from 09:00 until 23:30.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 31st October 2024, to Licensing Team(100TS) PO BOX 3399, Bristol, BS1 9NE or via email:licensing@bristol.gov.uk
The record of the application may also be inspected at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
