What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKU Group Limited has applied to London Borough of Croydon for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Units 5, 6 and 7, Norbury Trading Estate, Craignish Avenue, London, SW16 4RW.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of Late-Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing team, 3rd Floor, Zone B, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk or via email to licensing@croydon.gov.uk Croydon CR0 1EA no later than 30th October 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.croydon.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
