Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by: Nilkanth Varni Ltd, For the grant of a premises licence in respect of: Midnight Drinks & Snacks, Unit F24, Big Yellow Self Storage, 50 Oxford Road, Denham, UB9 4DN.

The licensable activities proposed are as follows: Sale of alcohol by retail (for consumption off the premises only) Monday to Sunday (0930 hrs to 1730 hrs).

Your representation must be received by 22/10/2024 consecutive days and should clearly states the grounds upon which the representations are made.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. 

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
