What is proposed?
Notice of Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that SC Leisure Ltd have applied to the London Borough of Hillingdon Council for a variation of the premises licence for Olimera, 1 Eastbury Road, Northwood, HA6 3BG to 1) Change the trading name to Olimera; 2) Submit a revised plan to reflect a change of layout of the premises, 3) Remove the existing conditions from Annex 2 of the premises licence and replace them with revised conditions as at Section 16 of the application form. Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 28th October 2024 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
