NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Fenland District Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Hostmoor Avenue, March PE15 0AX. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Department, Fenland District Council, Fenland Hall, County Road, March Cambs, PE15 8NQ or by email to licensing@fenland.gov.uk any time up to and including 31st October 2024.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
