NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Victoria Avenue East, New Moston, Manchester M9 7HW. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only. For further details e-mail premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by email to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk at any time up to and including 31st October 2024.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
