LICENSING ACT 2003: VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
APPLICANT: SPOT WHITE LIMITED PREMISES: SPOT WHITE WEST SNOOKER CLUB, FIRST FLOOR, 55 GEORGE STREET, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, NE4 7JN
NOTICE is given that an application has been made to vary the premises licence. The application is as follows:
(1) plan amended to add licensed designated outside area at ground floor;(2)
to amend condition 5 which relates to access to the premises for under 18’s; and
(3) to amend the hours as follows: Opening Hours Sunday to Thursday 09:00 to 05:00 and Friday and Saturday 09:00 to 06:00; Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 05:00 and Friday and Saturday 23:00 to 06:00; Supply of Alcohol, Indoor Sporting Events and Recorded Music Sunday to Thursday 09:00 to 04:30 and Friday and Saturday 09:00 to 05:30.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH or licensing@ newcastle.gov.uk Representations must be received by 24th October 2024.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed at http://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
