Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
We, MYG Industries Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Derby City Council on the 30/09/2024 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Riches Unit C, 2 City Road, Derby, DE1 3RQ from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 12:00 and 02:30 hours Monday to Sunday inclusive, Late Night Refreshment, Regulated Entertainment by way of live and recorded music, between 23:00 and 02:30 Monday to Sunday inclusive.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Department, Derby City Council, The Council House Corporation Street Derby DE1 2FS or online at www.derby.gov.uk.
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 28/10/2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
