What is proposed?

Mr M Arulampalam has applied to Mansfield District Council Licensing Authority for a premises licence at 54 Eakring Road, Mansfield NG18 3AH to sell alcohol (for consumption off the premises) 0700-2300 hours daily.
Anyone may make written representations regarding this application by 15/10/24 to Licensing Manager, Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, NG19 7BH.
The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under s158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale
