What is proposed?

Mr MK Oommen has applied to Knowsley Council for a new premises licence at 34 Tarbock Road, Huyton L36 5XW to sell alcohol (off sales) 0600 to 0000 hours daily and late night refreshment to 0000 hrs daily.

The full application can be inspected Mon-Fri at Licensing, 2nd floor, Municipal Buildings, Archway Road, Huyton L36 9FB. Information is also available on the Councils website www.knowsley.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or any other person(s) wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 23/10/24.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
