I/We Cream Cornwall Ltd give notice that I/we have applied to Comwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of 57 Fore Street, St Ives, TR26 1HE The application is to : Off sales of alcohol Monday - Saturday 0900 - 1800 Sunday 1030 - 1630 A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 17 October 2024

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
