An application has been made to Crawley Borough Council, as the Licensing Authority for the area, by Veenindar Singh MAJHAIL for the GRANT of a premises licence in respect of: Chop & Wok Express, 13 The Parade, Northgate, CRAWLEY RH10 8DT The application includes proposals to carry on the following activities: ON and OFF Sale of Alcohol by retail from 11:00 to 02:00hrs, and Late Night Refreshment by delivery only until 02:00hrs, both DAILY
The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section, Crawley Borough Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, CRAWLEY RH10 1UZ, during normal office hours. Responsible authorities or any other person may make representation in writing on or before 22nd October 2024, in writing to the Team Leader, Health Safety and Licensing, Crawley Borough Council at the above address. The full application can be viewed at these offices by appointment only from Monday to Friday. A summary is available on crawley. gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable is unlimited on summary conviction for the offence.
