What is proposed?

THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mrs Terrie Price has applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Memory Lane, 51 Church Street, Seaham, SR7 7HF
for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:-
Non-standard timings - Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, extended opening times until 1am.
The full application can be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 18th October 2024 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ Or e-mail to Licensing@durham.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
