What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Bloom and Wild Limited has applied to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council for a premises licence in relation to Bloom and Wild UK Innovation Centre, 2 Gresham Road, Bermuda Industrial Estate, NUNEATON, CV10 7QR to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 00:00hrs to 24:00hrs (Remote Sales Only).

Full details of the application can be inspected at Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5AA Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made in writing to: Licensing Section at the above address.

Such written representation must be received by 23/10/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
