Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Caterleisure Services Limited in respect of premises known as Refresh located at Retail Unit 3, Level Concourse, Platform 1-4, Wimbledon Railway Station, Wimbledon Bridge, Wimbledon, SW19 7NL to Merton London Borough Council on for a premises licence The proposed application is to permit the supply of alcohol from 06:30AM to 23:00PM on Mondays to Sundays. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Merton London Borough Council, Licensing, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority's normal opening hours or online by visiting their website www.merton.gov.uk

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@merton.gov.uk no later than 18 October 2024, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is £5000.
