Notice is given that an application has been made to Bridgend County Borough Council (the Licensing Authority) for a Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

Name of Applicant: Awen Cultural Trust

Name and Postal address of Premises: Bryngarw House, Bryngarw Country Park, Brynmenyn, Bridgend, CF32 8UU.

Proposed Variation: To extend the sale of alcohol from 1100 to 0100 to 0800 to 0100 Mondays to Sundays

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Bridgend County Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend CF31 4WB between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@bridgend.gov.uk by 25 October 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
