Premises: Bluebell, 31-32 High Street, Cardiff, CF10 1PU
Take notice that the Applicant has applied to Cardiff Council to extend hours of existing activity as follows: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 02:00 hours and to add the provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors), Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 02:00 and to add the following to the licence: The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of films, live music and recorded music (all indoors): Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 02:00. Together with the seasonal variations specified in the application for the above licensable activities and to remove two conditions on the licence and cover with amended updated operating schedule.
The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 22nd October 2024. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
