What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

We, New Mantra Ltd, give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for (2) the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: F12b, The Old Bakery, Blewetts Wharf, Malpas Road, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 1QH.

If granted, the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.

Any responsible authority or other persons wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ Email: licensing@ cornwall.gov.uk by no later than 15th October 2024. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
