Riverside Place, Durham - Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that we, Durham University have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Durham University Business School, The Waterside Building, Riverside Place, Durham, DH1 1SL.

For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) Monday to Saturday inclusive 10.00 - 23.00 hrs and Sunday 10.00 - 22.30 hrs. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
