APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that Simmons Battersea Limited has applied to Manchester City Council on 23 September 2024 for the grant of a Premises Licence (to replace the current Premises Licence) in respect of Ground Floor and Part Basement, 78 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 2FW to allow the following: Supply of alcohol (on & off the premises) and Recorded Music (Indoors) Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 02:00, and Friday and Saturday 08:00 to 04:00; Live Music (Indoors) and Performances of Dance (Indoors), in each case Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to 02:00, and Friday and Saturday 11:00 to 04:00; and Late night refreshment (Indoors) Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 02:00, and Friday and Saturday 23:00 to 04:00.

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at www.manchester.gov.uk/licensing or at Manchester City Council Level 1 Town Hall Extension Albert Square Manchester M60 2LA, by appointment with the Licensing Team (0161 234 5004) or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection, by no later than 21 October 2024.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
